Mrs. Diane Livesay

        Diane Livesay

Teaching is more than a job.  It is an important "calling," not unlike being a preacher or doctor, because you have precious little lives in your hands.

I have 36 years of teaching and all of them have been in 2nd Grade with Guymon Public Schools.  I was able to teach 5th and 6th Grade summer school for two summers.

My family includes my husband David and my three children:  daughter Stephanie Chapman who is a PR Rep for PTCI and is married to Tyler Chapman who is the Athletic Director at Guymon High School, son Christopher Livesay who is a doctor and is married to Michelle, and son Derek Livesay who is an engineer for Haliburton and is married to Lauren.  I have seven grandchildren.  When I am not at school, I like to read, walk, and travel.
