NHS would like to announce we have two winners from the penny war: 

Alternative school wins the top award and will receive a pizza party!!!
 

The biggest loser award for the largest negative amount is Mr. Jackson's class and they will get a dessert and soda party.

 

Seniors and senior parents:  Tonight is the FAFSA night starting at 5:30 to 7:30 in the Library.  Please come and get help filling out this important part of going to college.  Also, anyone wanting to attend the OSU close up day on October 30th needs to come fill out the online registration tonight with a parent.

 

Picture retakes will be on Wednesday 10-25-17.

 

First blood drive is Wednesday November 1. Sign up in Mrs.  Reynolds room. 

 

BPA t-shirt money is due tomorrow before you leave for Fall Break. BPA T-shirts are $12. See Mrs. Behne with any questions.

 

Students - starting Today preferred parking will begin.  You cannot park of the first row of the south parking lot at all because students have paid to park there.  You will be fined if you do.  There will be other spots purchased and those will be designated so be careful where you park.  As always, the north parking lot is free and available.

 

Students who are willing to translate for elementary teachers for parent teacher conferences can sign up in Mrs. Brooks office.

 

Senior girls - there will be a tea honoring senior girls hosted by the women faculty November 2 in the commons from 6-8 p.m.  Please sign up in Mrs. Yell's room. Seniors: There is a suggestion box at the office for class motto, song, flower, and Bible verse. The box will be at the office through Friday, October 27.

 

Raffle tickets for two chances to win Thunder game tickets are being sold, from STUCO members, or Mrs. Reynolds Tickets are just $1 for two chances to win. All the money from both events will be donated to Melissa Costner. 

 

The 1st annual Snow Ball dance will be on December 1st from 8 pm to Midnight. It is a Semi-formal dance for all high school students. The event will be co-hosted by Stuco, Cheerleaders and Dance Team.

 

Today’s lunch is Chicken tenders and tomorrow’s lunch is Chicken fajita.
