The Turpin high school track meet scheduled for today has been cancelled with no reschedule date.  

Seniors, if you are interested in performing with the praise band at Baccalaureate, please let Mrs. Test know by Monday, May 1. 

Alma Folklorica tryouts are next week beginning Monday at 4:30.  Pick up a packet in the office.

The GHS PENNY WAR is starting to get really competitive!

1st Place: Mrs. Test with 207 points

 

Don't forget to SABOTAGE any other teachers in the school by donating currency other than pennies so you can help your TMC class win the class party!! Give all of your pennies to your TMC class!! (PLEASE DO NOT TAKE MONEY FROM OTHER TEACHERS AND PUT IN OTHER BUCKETS. DONATIONS ONLY.)

Stuco Member interviews will begin on Monday, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, and Tuesday From 4:00 to 5:30 PM in Mrs. Reynolds' room. Come by today or Monday to sign up for a time. ALL applicants must interview, even if they are currently a member.  

Any senior girl planning to attend prom needs to go by room 106 and see Mr. Coble.  This includes students who have already been approved. 

The Junior Class will be selling prom raffle tickets during all lunches. You have the chance to win a full prom night including, a dinner for two at the Galleon, a corsage and boutonniere, and two prom tickets.  If you have already bought your tickets, the Junior class will reimburse you. 

New NHS members need to have their yellow trip permission cards into Mrs. Brandherm today. 

Forms for National Honor Society officers for next year are due today. 

Junior class sponsor mandatory meeting in the auditorium today after school ask Candace Booth or Mr. Coble if you have any questions. 

JUNIORS:  Pictures for 2018 Seniors will be Wednesday, August 2.  Mark your calendars now!  Be sure to update your mailing address with the office.  Your appoint card will be mailed to you from Lifetouch, and we want them to have your correct address.  The card may look like junk mail, so be careful about what you throw away this summer. 

OPSU will be hosting a 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament this Friday 4-21 and Saturday 4-22.  If you are interested you can get more details and register online at 3on3.opsu.edu 

Senior Night for soccer and baseball will be on Tuesday, April 25th please pick up a form at the office. 

The Guymon XC Team will be hosting a color run 5K and competitive 5K on Saturday, May 20th.  Early registration ends May 1st.  They will accept registration on race day.  Entry forms can be picked up at the high school office. 

The office has Beef Jerky and cold bottled water for sale. 

There are still some spots available for Summer Drivers Ed come to the office, you must bring $150.00 to secure the spot.
